IN LINE STRAINERS
Width approximately 300 mm New design - July 2000 - extremely robust strainer with 40% more strainer plate area so that it requires cleaning less frequently. The Company produces an in line strainer the purpose of which is to prevent small solids getting into the machines and blocking them up. Even though the machines themselves are fitted with internal strainers in the entry pipes, experience has shown that these can become gradually blocked with small pieces of rubber stripped from the insides of the flexibles by some of the more active forms of synthetic muds or with the fibrous material found in most liquid mud. The strainer fitted external to the tank means that blockages can easily be cleared. The strainers are designed for maximum filter area, are of robust construction and can be supplied with 1 ½" or 2" inlet and outlet pipes. They are tested to 20 bar |
